"Every child is your child."
We feed and educate indigent children across Cape Town's townships and low-income communities — currently reaching around 10,000 children every week.

2-in-1
feeding + education
A hungry child cannot learn, cannot play, cannot dream. Everything we hope for them begins with a meal — and continues with an education.
In too many homes across our city, the end of the month and school holidays mean empty plates. Children carry that quietly.
Food insecurity undermines concentration and participation. A child who is fed can sit, listen and learn.
We return to the same streets, schools and halls week after week — so children and families know we are not a once-off visit.
The Inner City Mission for Children is a registered non-profit (NPO 119-476) committed to supporting vulnerable and indigent children through practical interventions that promote nutrition, education and dignity.
We take hot, nourishing meals into townships and low-income communities — and pair that with the learning materials children need to thrive. For many of the children we serve, this is the one full meal they can count on that day.
We don't feed statistics. We feed children — by name, by face, by plate.

A funding partnership with the Inner City Mission for Children offers a measurable contribution to children's wellbeing — with the transparency and reporting to match.
Increased access to nutritious food support for vulnerable children.
Improved availability of educational and learning materials.
More consistent programme delivery to the children we reach.
Documentation of activities, beneficiaries and use of grant resources.
A stronger foundation for sustainable partnerships supporting children over time.
We recognise that funding partners require transparency and evidence of impact. We maintain records relating to the use of funds and programme implementation.
Where required, we provide supporting documentation, expenditure records, programme updates and a narrative report on activities and outcomes.
Whether once-off or long-term, there is a place for your partnership.
